Adam Driver, Venice, and an elective affinity that started years ago.

The first time the actor walked the red carpet of the prestigious event was in 2014 for the presentation of Hungry Hearts, a drama film of 2014 directed by Saverio Costanzo based on the novel The Indigo Child by Marco Franzoso in which he starred alongside Alba Rohrwacher: a film acclaimed by audiences and critics that earned both the Coppa Volpi.

The last “connection” with the Grand Canal in 2019 for the preview of History of a Marriage by Noah Baumbach: standing ovation for him and the splendid Scarlett Johansson.

Last year Driver deserted the premiere of The Last Duel and he was missed.

Complete black look, casual and refined as always, for the 38-year-old who drew the attention of all the photographers there.

After the ordinance photocall and the press conference, it is time for the actor and his coworkers to prepare for the opening red carpet of the Festival.

White Noise by Noah Baumbach is the adaptation of the 1985 bestseller by the American novelist Don DeLillo defined as a “dramatic, ironic, satirical” film by director Alberto Barbera that “observes our worries, fetishes, dread, and doubts in the 1980s, clear to the contemporary fact, along with the characters Jodie Turner, Greta Gerwig, Don Cheadle, and Raffey Cassidy, of The House of Gucci.

It is a golden age for Driver who in 2021 starred in three different highly acclaimed films, Annette by Leos Carax and The Last Duel and House of Gucci by Ridley Scott.

Next year will not be outdone: three highly anticipated films are coming such as sci-fi 65, director Michael Mann‘s biopic dedicated to Enzo Ferrari with Penelope Cruz, and Francis Ford Coppola‘s mammoth Megalopolis, which will begin shooting this fall.
